I need to hire a full time painter. Some experience is necessary due to the size of the building. Work would include painting a two story hotel. The brick would be left bare but the fascia, doors, columns and breezeways need extensive scraping, priming and painting. Some work on the doors is expected and our maintenance staff will help with some repairs.
