Description
Key Role:
Provide direct analytic intelligence support to federal, state, local, tribal partners, and law enforcement agencies. Analyze and report on Southwest border issues, including smuggling, bulk:cash movements, and other illicit activities. Use analytic thought and author original studies and assessments based on available intelligence products from the intelligence community, including law enforcement agencies, federal, state, and local partners. This position is located in El Paso, TX.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
:20+ years of experience with intelligence analysis
:Experience with program management
:Experience with open:source intelligence
:Ability to speak Spanish fluently
:TS/SCI clearance
:BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
:Experience with strategic:tactical level planning
:Experience with specialized applications and operational environments
:Experience with applying subject matter expertise to solve difficult problems
:Experience with supervising others
:Knowledge of Homeland security topics including counter:terrorism, border security, infrastructure protection, and counter drugs
:Knowledge of intelligence analysis, intelligence topics, law enforcement, and watch operations
:Knowledge of applying IC standards to assessments, studies, and other deliverables
:Ability to work independently throughout all phases of the intelligence cycle
:MS, MA, or PhD degree preferred
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI is required.
