Performs general administrative duties using standard or prescribed procedures. Duties may include assembling information, creating and modifying reports, coordinating travel or meeting arrangements, maintaining department records and procedures, processing customer inquiries, composing basic correspondence. Interacts with internal and/or external customers to provide information and answer questions. May coordinate travel arrangements. Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Less than 2 years related clerical experience. Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills. Proficiency with standard office software and equipment.
